Birth Doula Support
I have supported nearly 70 births since completing my doula training with Nurturing Birth in 2018. Doula means ‘companion’ as such I can accompany you on this incredible journey, providing support and reassurance throughout pregnancy, labour and birth of your baby and in the early days of new parenthood.
I am highly experienced, and have supported births in a variety of settings, from homebirth to midwife-led centre/home from home, labour ward and theatre at local hospitals including King’s (Denmark Hill), St Thomas’s, Lewisham, Chelsea & Westminister, and Croydon University Hospital. My experience and training means that I can help you to find ease and comfort in pregnancy and birth, through movement, positions and relaxation techniques.
I am a:
Doula UK recognised doula
Qualified KG Hypnobirthing instructor
Certified Spinning Babies® Parent Educator
Pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher
Vice chair of King’s Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP).
