Classes are small and suitable for students of all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, I can offer ways to modify and enhance your practice so you get the most out of every class.
All classes are 75 or 90 minutes long and feature basic breathing (pranayama), posture work (asana) and finish with a guided relaxation.

Hi, I'm Michele. I firmly believe that yoga is for everyone and approach my teaching with humour, warmth and compassion. I am dedicated to helping each student discover their own unique path within their yoga practice.
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I grew up in a dancing family and taught dance for many years in the US. My passion for yoga took root in the UK, where I was able to further extend my love of movement by exploring the possibilities yoga offers, uniting breath, body and mind for overall wellbeing.
I was one of the first teachers to qualify with the British Wheel of Yoga NVQ Level 4 diploma (BWYQ),
